My Grade 6 Piano exam is tomorrow morning and I'm not ready for it. I can't do all of my scales, and while there's technically no part in my pieces that I cannot play, it's really up to chance whether I go to the right note or not. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it isn't.
ARRRRRGH.
If you comment on this journal, I'll go through your gallery and pick out my favourite three pieces with reasons, with the proviso that you'll try to do a similar feature sometime - it's a good way to make people look through each others' galleries, and spreading the love and art is always nice.
I'm putting down 10 slots, but if I'm getting lots of feedback I'll add more. I will go through your galleries... in the next few weeks.

A lovely face executed nicely in charcoal pencil.
Because LingFan fluff is fluffy and nice. It's well-written too.
An interesting style, nicely done.

What pieces are you playing?

For the exam this morning I played Les petits moulins a vent by Couperin, Adagio from Sonata in C by Beethoven and a Gnossienne by Satie. Apart from that there was all the scales and the aurals.
